 Counseling Services

Foundations for Growth offers Counseling Services to address a variety of mental, emotional and behavioral health concerns. Our goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment to discuss your concerns and work towards accomplishing your personal goals.

Our approach is tailored to the identified individual and family needs. Counselors use a variety of evidenced-based clinical interventions that have been proven to be effective. In addition, our counselors utilize an interactive and collaborative approach to foster personal growth and improve our clients' overall well-being. We achieve this through activities and discussion in-session as well as assigned exercises to practice outside of session. We empower our clients to take an active role in their treatment, and apply new ways of thinking and behaving in everyday life.

Foundations for Growth provides services to adults, teens, children, and families. Services are offered on a self-pay basis as well as through some employee assistance programs and private insurance. We offer a free phone consultation to learn more about your needs,  our services, and to ensure we are the right fit for you!
